SystemGuardian for Oracle Service Upgrade

Overview
This service upgrade introduces major enhancements to
SystemGuardian for Oracle monthly reporting. The upgrade will take
effect immediately and all subscribers will receive it at no charge.
Enhanced Monthly Reporting
This upgrade replaces the existing monthly report with four new reports that are more readable and easier
to navigate. These changes are based on recommendations from a number of subscribers, and we thank them
for their contribution. The new reports are:
| » | Summary | - | Summaries of problems and events across all databases, and for each database individually. |
| » | Outstanding Problems | - | Details on problems outstanding at the end of the month. |
| » | Cleared Problems | - | Details on problems cleared during the month. |
| » | Events | - | Details on events that occurred during the month. |
Customer Involvement
The introduction of these enhancements will not disrupt service in any way, nor will it require any
action on the part of our subscribers. We will be sending new versions of last month's reports to
existing subscribers for comparison with the old format. If you have any questions or concerns about
