Overview
This service upgrade consists of visual enhancements to both the daily notification report and the monthly reports received by SystemGuardian for Oracle subscribers.

Monthly Report Enhancements
The new monthly report (sample) makes use of more prominent headings for increased readability. Summary blocks for all reports have been reformatted to provide a consistent, aesthetically pleasing appearance that makes navigation even easier. Finally, problems of the same type and status are more clearly grouped together, along with the appropriate test information (background, recommendations, etc).

Notification Report Enhancements
In maintaining consistency with the monthly reports, the new notification report (sample) has been enhanced with the same prominent headings, consistent summary tables and clearer association of each problem occurrence to its test information. In addition to this, the new report makes use of an intuitive color-coding scheme to clearly identify the status of each problem at a glance.

Customer Involvement
The introduction of these enhancements will not disrupt service in any way, nor will it require any action on the part of our subscribers. We will begin using the new report format on Tuesday, September 30, 2003. If you have questions, concerns, or feedback about this upgrade, please contact your account manager or our support group.
